How to make Aam Hari Mirch ka Achaar (Mango Chilli Pickle)
Preparation
Wash, dry, and peel the mangoes. Dry them for an hour on a kitchen towel.
Wash and dry the green chillies before cutting them.
Heat mustard oil in a pan. add salt, black salt, degi mirch, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, asafoetida, and fenugreek seeds.
Mixing
In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, chillies, and the spicy oil
Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the mangoes and chillies are completely dry before use to prevent spoilage.
Use non-spicy chillies to balance the flavors.
