How to make Aaloo Ka Halwa
Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
Heat desi ghee in a pan and add the mashed potatoes. Cook for a few minutes until they start to turn golden.
Add cardamom powder and sugar to the potatoes. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
Continue to cook the mixture until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Garnish with mixed dry fruits and serve warm.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the potatoes are boiled and mashed smoothly to avoid lumps in the halwa.
Adjust the sugar according to your taste preference.
