Aaloo Ka Halwa recipe

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 4piece
    boiled potatoes
  • 4tbsp
    desi ghee
  • 1tsp
    cardamom powder
  • 1cup
    sugar
  • 1/2cup
    mixed dry fruits

How to make Aaloo Ka Halwa

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

  2. Heat desi ghee in a pan and add the mashed potatoes. Cook for a few minutes until they start to turn golden.

  3. Add cardamom powder and sugar to the potatoes. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.

  4. Continue to cook the mixture until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

  5. Garnish with mixed dry fruits and serve warm.

  1. Ensure the potatoes are boiled and mashed smoothly to avoid lumps in the halwa.
