Ingredients
- 2pieceripe pears (Bartlett or Anjou), cored and sliced
- 3tbspunsalted butter
- 6sprigsfresh sage leaves
- 2tbspbrown sugar
- 1tbsplemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1pieceball of burrata cheese
- 1/4cupwalnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
- Fresh sage leaves, for garnish
How to make Sweet Brown Butter Sage and Pear Burrata
Prepare the Pears
Core and slice the pears into thin wedges.
Brown the Butter
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until golden brown and nutty, about 3-4 minutes.
Add brown sugar and sage leaves, cooking until sage is crispy.
Cook the Pears
