How to make Marinated Peppers
Roast peppers on the BBQ or in the oven until charred.
Let cool, then peel off skins and remove seeds.
Slice peppers to your liking.
In a bowl, mix garlic, salt, parsley, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
Toss peppers in the mixture, then transfer to a jar and cover with extra olive oil.
Tips & Tricks
Sanitize your jar prior to using.
Store in your fridge for up to 6 months. Once opened, they are good for 2-3 weeks.
Upon opening the jar, if there is an off odor or appearance, such as a dullness of color or the liquid looks murky or cloudy, discard them.
