Ingredients

  • 2
    sticks butter
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1cup
    sugar
  • 1/4cup
    water
  • 1cup
    chocolate chips
  • 1/4cup
    almonds

How to make Holiday Toffee Bark

  1. Add butter, salt, sugar, and water to a pot over medium-low heat. Stir constantly.

  2. Boil until the mixture reaches 300°F. This should take about 12 minutes.

  3. Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and spread evenly.

  4. Top with chocolate chips and cover with foil to let the heat melt them.

  5. Once melted, spread the chocolate and break the toffee into pieces.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Patience is key when boiling the mixture to 300°F.
