How to make Holiday Toffee Bark
Add butter, salt, sugar, and water to a pot over medium-low heat. Stir constantly.
Boil until the mixture reaches 300°F. This should take about 12 minutes.
Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
Top with chocolate chips and cover with foil to let the heat melt them.
Once melted, spread the chocolate and break the toffee into pieces.
