Holiday Cranberry Brie Flatbread recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1/2 flatbread)
  • 2piece
    flatbreads
  • 1/2cup
    frozen cranberries
  • 1tbsp
    orange zest
  • 1tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1tsp
    fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 8oz
    brie cheese, roughly sliced

How to make Holiday Cranberry Brie Flatbread

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.

  3. Generously layer the brie cheese over the flatbread.

  4. In a bowl, combine the cranberries, orange zest, brown sugar, and rosemary. Mix well.

  5. Pour the cranberry mixture evenly over the flatbread.

  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crispy.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can substitute brown sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup for a different flavor.

  2. Adjust the amount of brie cheese according to your preference.
