- 1tbspbrown sugar
- 1tspfresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1pinchsalt
- 8ozbrie cheese, roughly sliced
How to make Holiday Cranberry Brie Flatbread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Generously layer the brie cheese over the flatbread.
In a bowl, combine the cranberries, orange zest, brown sugar, and rosemary. Mix well.
Pour the cranberry mixture evenly over the flatbread.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
Tips & Tricks
You can substitute brown sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup for a different flavor.
Adjust the amount of brie cheese according to your preference.
