Ingredients

Sandwich Ingredients

  • 2
    sourdough slices
  • 1tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2tbsp
    fig jam
  • 2
    prosciutto slices
  • 2oz
    brie cheese
  • 1/2
    pear, thinly sliced
  • 1
    handful arugula
  • 1tbsp
    balsamic glaze
  • 2tbsp
    butter, unsalted

How to make Grilled Pear and Brie Prosciutto Sandwich

Preparing the Sandwich

  1. Butter the outside of the sourdough slices.

  2. Mix mayonnaise and fig jam, then spread the mixture on the inside of the sourdough slices.

  3. Layer the sourdough with prosciutto and brie cheese.

  4. Toast the sandwich until golden and crispy.

  5. Open the sandwich and add thinly sliced pear, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

  6. Slice the sandwich and enjoy.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Feel free to adjust the amount of mayo and fig jam to your taste.
