How to make Grilled Pear and Brie Prosciutto Sandwich
Preparing the Sandwich
Butter the outside of the sourdough slices.
Mix mayonnaise and fig jam, then spread the mixture on the inside of the sourdough slices.
Layer the sourdough with prosciutto and brie cheese.
Toast the sandwich until golden and crispy.
Open the sandwich and add thinly sliced pear, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Slice the sandwich and enjoy.
