    ground pork
  • 1tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1
    small yellow onion, diced

    garlic, minced

    small carrot, julienned
  • 2cups
    shredded green cabbage

    green onions, chopped
  • 4tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1tbsp
    fresh ginger, grated
  • 2tsp
    sugar
  • 1dash
    sesame seeds
  • 1dash
    Sriracha
  • 1cup
    cooked white rice

How to make Egg Roll Bowl

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned.

  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, Sriracha, and grated ginger.

  3. Push the meat to one side of the pan, and sauté onions and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add shredded carrot and cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft but still crunchy.
