Easy Creamy Cannellini Beans recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 cup)
  • 2tbsp
    Olive oil
  • 1
    Yellow onion (diced)
  • 2clove
    Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2cup
    Pancetta (diced)
  • 3/4cup
    White wine
  • 1/4cup
    Heavy cream
  • 1can
    Cannellini beans (drained and rinsed well)
  • 3/4cup
    Water
  • 1/2cup
    Parmesan cheese
  • 2tsp
    Black pepper

How to make Easy Creamy Cannellini Beans

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.

  2. Add pancetta and fry until crispy.

  3. Pour in white wine and let it reduce.

  4. Add heavy cream and stir.

  5. Add cannellini beans and mash about ¼ of them for a creamy texture.

  6. Add water and bring to a boil.

  7. Stir in parmesan cheese and black pepper.

  8. Mix well and enjoy.
