Blue Cheese Steak and Pear Salad recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 salad)

Salad

  • 1
    pear
  • 1/4cup
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1
    handful walnuts
  • mixed greens

Dressing

  • 1/2cup
    olive oil
  • 1/4cup
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1tbsp
    honey
  • 1tsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make Blue Cheese Steak and Pear Salad

Prepare the Salad

  1. In a large bowl, add your favorite mixed greens.

  2. Slice the pear and toss it in.

  3. Add a handful of walnuts and crumbled blue cheese.

Prepare the Dressing

  1. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the Salad

  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

  2. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

  3. Top with steak slices or protein of your choice and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

  1. Adjust the amount of balsamic vinegar to taste if you prefer a less vinegary dressing.
