How to make Blue Cheese Steak and Pear Salad
Prepare the Salad
In a large bowl, add your favorite mixed greens.
Slice the pear and toss it in.
Add a handful of walnuts and crumbled blue cheese.
Prepare the Dressing
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
