Crust

    graham cracker crumbs
  • 4tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/4cup
    sugar
  • 1tsp
    cinnamon

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1cup
    sugar
  • 1tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2piece
    large eggs

Cinnamon Sugar Topping

  • 1/4cup
    sugar
  • 2tsp
    cinnamon

How to make Cinnamon Churro Cheesecake Bars

Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.

  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Bake
