Crust
- 1cupgraham cracker crumbs

- 16ozcream cheese, softened

How to make Cinnamon Churro Cheesecake Bars
Prepare the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and eggs, beating until well combined.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
Add Cinnamon Sugar Topping
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
Sprinkle this mixture generously over the cheesecake filling.
Bake
