How to make Creamy Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Wash Shrimp thoroughly in running water, then pat dry with a paper towel. After drying, cut the shrimp tails and throw them away. Add the cut shrimp to a bowl.
Add all the seasonings mentioned in the marination section to the shrimp bowl. Toss all the seasonings with shrimp thoroughly with a spatula or by hand, and keep it aside for 10 mins.
In the meantime, take a large pan and add the pasta along with enough water that submerges the pasta. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil to the pan. Boil pasta until Al Dente. After boiling, put the pasta in a sieve container and drain the extra water and rinse the pasta with cold water and keep it aside.
While the pasta is boiling, mash the 3 garlic cloves as fine as you can, use a mortar and pestle if you have one, or else just chop it really fine.
Take a cast iron pan, add 1 tbsp unsalted butter, add finely chopped garlic to it, and cook until it starts sizzling on medium flame. Add the marinated shrimp to the pan, and cook it for 1 min on each side. After it's done, take it out on a plate.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of butter, 1/2 cup of milk, and a pinch of salt to the pan and let it boil on medium flame. Once the milk starts getting thicker, add the boiled pasta to it and mix well with a tong.
Once the pasta is mixed well, add the cooked shrimp on top of the pasta and sprinkle a few parsley flakes. It is now ready to serve!
