A spicy recipe that can be served with rice or chapathi

Ingredients
- 250g- prawns
- 6tbsp- coconut oil
- 1/2tsp- mustard seeds
- 6- curry leaves
- 2tbsp- lemon juice or 1/2 piece lemon
- 4- Coriander leaves
- Salt - add as per your taste
- 3/4cup- Water
- 2- green chilli
- 5no - shallot( sliced)
- 1/2tbsp- ginger&garlic paste
- 2tbsp-kashmiri chilly powder
- 1tbsp-coriander powder
- 1/4tbsp- Turmeric powder(1/2 each for cooking and frying)
- 1tbsp&1/2 -Pepper powder-(1tbsp for cooking and&1/2 tbsp for fry)
How to make Kerala style Prawns fry
Take a pan and turn the heat to medium flame. Then add prawns together with 1/3 cup water,salt,turmeric and black pepper powder. Then cook for 4 minutes. Then keep it aside.
In a Kadai add some coconut oil and put mustard seeds. Allow it to pop. Then add the curry leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, coriander powder , shallots,green chilly and black pepper powder. Sort for 3 minutes. Note:- add 1/2 cup water to avoid burning of the powders and always keep the flame to medium.
Then add the cooked prawns to it and sort for 1 minute. Then place it to a plate and squeeze the lemon juice over it.
Your prawns dry is ready to serve.
