Ingredients
Ingredients for chicken curry to be put in a cooking vessel or pressure cooker:-
- 800g- chicken pieces
- 2tbsp- kashmiri chilly
- 1 1/4tbsp- ginger garlic paste
- 4- green chilli
- 1/3cup- Curd
- 3tbsp- fresh cream
- 1/4tsp- lemon juice
- Salt as required
Ingredients for creamy texture to be put in mixer:-
- 3- onion sliced
- 15- cashew nuts
- 3/4cup- Water
Ingredients for cooking in kadai
- 2- cardamom
- 1- cinnamon
Ingredients to be put after cooking:-
- 1/2tsp- garam masala
- 1tbsp- kasoori Methi
- Salt as required
- Coriander leaves - one hand full
How to make CREAMY chicken curry
Take a large vessel or container. Put all the ingredients mentioned under heading 1 and mix well.set aside for 1 hr to marinate.
Take a mixer jar and put all the ingredients mentioned under section 2 and grind well.
For cooking:-
Take a Kadai and pour some oil.add cinamon and cardomom.then add the batter in the mixer jar and sort until bubbles appear.then we need to add the marinated chicken which we kept aside with 1/2 cup water and stir well.
Boil until chicken is fully cooked. Then turn the flame to low and add garam masala and coriander. Check the salt.add as your preference and turn off the flame.
Your creamy chicken curry is ready to seve.
