Can I make substitutions for the ingredients in the Dream Cake recipe?
Yes, you can make several substitutions in the Dream Cake recipe. For example, if you need a dairy-free option, you can use almond milk or coconut milk instead of regular milk. You can also replace the cooking oil with melted coconut oil or applesauce for a healthier alternative. If you don't have castor sugar, regular granulated sugar can work as well, just make sure to blend it finely.

How do I ensure my Dream Cake rises properly while baking?
To ensure your Dream Cake rises properly, make sure to use fresh baking powder and baking soda, as expired leavening agents can affect the cake's rise. Also, avoid over-mixing the batter once you add the flour, as this can lead to a dense cake. Lastly, preheat your oven to the correct temperature before placing the cake inside for even baking.
