Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 serving = 2 cups)
  • 500g
    - dark chocolate chips
  • 3tbsp
    - whipping cream
  • 100mL
    - hot water
  • A bowl full ice cube and a piping bag

How to make Chocolate mousse

  1. Take a glass/ steel bowl.

  2. Put the chocolate chips and pour hot water. Whisk the chocolate chips till it melts.

  3. Take bowl full of ice cubes. Place the melted chocolate batter above the ice bowl and whisk till it gets a creamy texture.

  4. Now add whipping cream and mix well. keep it in fridge for 3 hrs.

  5. Put the chocolate cream in a piping bag and squeeze it to a nice cup. Your chocolate mousse is ready.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can garnish it with sprinkling coco powder and your favorite toppings like chocolate,cream,cherry etc..

  2. If you bake this you will get a nice cup cake
