Ingredients

Whip cream is the base

  • 1cup
    - Cold chill whip cream
  • 200g
    - Condensed milk
  • 1tbsp
    - Pistachio paste
  • 1tsp
    - Saffron milk
  • 1tbsp
    Coco powder and choco chips each
  • 1tbsp
    - Beetroot or mulberry paste
  • 2tbsp
    - Mango pulp paste
  • 1tbsp
    - cashew paste

How to make Cassata ice cream 🍦

  1. Take a bowl and add chilled whipping cream. Whisk the cream until it becomes soft form.

  2. Add condensed milk and mix gently

  3. Now divide the cream form into 6 small cups/bowls and add the paste items which is already prepared into each bowl.

  4. Take another container with butter/oil paper and pour the 6 different mixed form one by one. don't forget to tap the container each time while you are filling.

  5. Keep the container overnight in freezer.
