Bread roll recipe

Ingredients

  • 4
    slice - Bread
  • 1
    - potato (medium size) meshed
  • 1
    - onion( medium size) chopped
  • 2
    - Green chilly chopped
  • 1tbsp
    - Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt as required
  • 1tsp
    -Corriander powder,garam masala & kashmir chilly powder
  • Bread crumbs for coating

How to make Bread roll

  1. First you have cut the brown edge of bread then mesh it to powder form.

  2. Then take a bowl and add meshed bread, potato(meshed),onion (chopped), green chilly( chopped)and all the curry powders and salt then give them a mix.

  3. Roll the mixture to your desired shape and cover in bread crumps.

  4. Now shallow fry the rolls in medium heat until it becomes golden brown color.

  5. Your bread rolls is ready to serve.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can serve it with tomato ketchup

  2. If you want, add some cooked chicken pieces and enjoy your snack!
