  2. What is the best way to store leftover Mocha Almond Chocolate Cake?

To store leftover Mocha Almond Chocolate Cake, let it cool completely, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container. It can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, consider freezing individual slices.

  3. Can I substitute the sugar replacer in the Mocha Almond Chocolate Cake recipe?

Yes, you can substitute the Tru Native sugar replacer with other sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar. Just keep in mind that liquid sweeteners may alter the batter's consistency, so you might need to adjust the amount of milk accordingly.

If you're using a traditional oven instead of a pan, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the batter as directed, then pour it into a greased cake pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
