- 2tbsp: Quaker Oats Flour
- 1/3cup: Granulated Sugar
- 1/2tsp: Baking Powder
- 1/2tsp: Baking Soda
- 1/2tsp: Vanilla Essence
- 1/4cup: Walnuts
- 2tbsp: Raisins or Chocolate Chips (optional)
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/4cup: Any Neutral taste Oil
- 2: Medium sized Bananas
How to make Eggless Banana- Oats Muffins
Muffins Batter:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for approximately 10 minutes.
In a large bowl sieve all- purpose flour, Quaker oats flour, baking powder, baking soda. Keep it aside.
Take another bowl, put oil, granulated sugar and mix it well. Now put mashed bananas and again mix it well.
Gradually start adding sieved dry ingredient in batches, at this time don't overmix the batter. Mix until all the dry ingredients are well combined with wet ingredients. Add vanilla essence and mix it. At the end put the chopped walnuts, raisins or chocolate chips and mix one last time. All done!!!!!
Pour the muffins batter in muffin tray and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool at room temperature.
