How to make All Natural Orange Tea Cake
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 6 inch cake pan.
In a bowl sieve and mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda together.
In another bowl, whisk together sugar, curd, orange zest, orange juice, melted butter, and salt until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Don't overmix the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
