Sharwarma cream
- 1/2cupmayonnaise
- 1/2cupsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 3tbspketchup
- 1tspMinced garlic
- 100mLevaporated milk
- Chili flakes (optional)
For the filling
- 1cupsliced cabbage
- 1cupthinly diced carrot
- 2cupsdiced beef
- Seasoning to taste (for beef)
- Vegetable oil (canola)
- Sharwarma bread
- Salt
- Grilled sausages

How to make Nigerian Sharwarma
PROCEDURE
Marinate beef with seasoning and salt for 10 mins.
Sautée beef till tender and easy to chew.
Lay out all the prepared ingredients
Apply the cream mix on your sharwarma bread.
Layer with sautéed beef, veggies and grilled sausages.
Roll to cover with the bread.
Put in a wok to grill or in a sharwarma machine for 2 mins.
Voila, it's ready.
Tips & Tricks
The yoghurt makes it very creamy and dripping in yummy juice.
