How to make Yummy Pulav from Leftover Rice
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
Add diced carrots and peas. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the leftover rice and mix everything gently to combine.
Cook for a few more minutes until the rice is heated through.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
