Ingredients

(1 serving = 2 tbsp)
  • 1cup
    fresh coriander leaves
  • 1cup
    fresh mint leaves
  • 2piece
    green chilies
  • 1tsp
    rock salt
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1piece
    ginger

How to make Vrat Wali Hari Chutney

  1. Wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.

  2. In a blender, add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, rock salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and ginger.

  3. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add a little water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For a spicier chutney, add more green chilies.

  2. You can store this chutney in the refrigerator for up to a week.
