Ingredients
- 1cupfresh coriander leaves
- 1cupfresh mint leaves
- 2piecegreen chilies
- 1tsprock salt
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1pieceginger
How to make Vrat Wali Hari Chutney
Wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
In a blender, add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, rock salt, cumin seeds, lemon juice, and ginger.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add a little water if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Tips & Tricks
For a spicier chutney, add more green chilies.
You can store this chutney in the refrigerator for up to a week.
