- 2pieceburger buns
- 1pieceonion
- 1piecetomato
- 2tbspspicy sauce
- 1tspchili powder
- 1tspgaram masala
- 1tbspoil
- 1pinchsalt
- 1pinchpepper
How to make Spicy Paneer Burger
Preparing the Paneer
Slice the paneer into thick pieces.
Marinate the paneer slices with chili powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper.
Cooking the Paneer
Heat oil on a non-stick tawa.
Cook the marinated paneer slices on the tawa until golden brown on both sides.
Assembling the Burger
Slice the onion and tomato.
Toast the burger buns on the tawa.
Spread spicy sauce on the inner sides of the buns.
Place cooked paneer slices on the bottom bun.
Add sliced onion and tomato on top of the paneer.
Cover with the top bun.
Tips & Tricks
Use a non-stick tawa to reduce the amount of oil needed.
Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of chili powder.
