    coriander seeds
  • 1tbsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1tsp
    fennel seeds
  • 1tsp
    black peppercorns
  • 1tsp
    turmeric powder

    red chili powder
  • 1tsp
    dry mango powder
  • 1tsp
    garam masala
  • 1tsp
    salt

How to make Sabzi Masala Powder

Preparation

  1. Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and black peppercorns in a pan until they release their aroma.

  2. Allow the roasted spices to cool down.

  3. Grind the roasted spices into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.

  4. Mix the ground spices with turmeric powder, red chili powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, and salt.

  5. Store the sabzi masala powder in an airtight container.
