How to make Restaurant Style Mixed Vegetables
Preparation
Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
Cooking
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
