- 1/2cupjaggery
- 1/4cupghee
- 1/4cupgrated coconut
- 1/4cupchopped nuts
How to make Ragi Ladoo Recipe
Dry roast the ragi flour in a pan until it releases a nutty aroma.
Add ghee to the pan and mix well with the roasted ragi flour.
Add grated coconut and chopped nuts to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Melt jaggery in a separate pan with a little water to form a syrup.
Pour the jaggery syrup into the ragi mixture and mix well.
