Truffle Ingredients

  • 1cup
    Saffola Fittify Peanut Butter
  • 1cup
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2cup
    crushed nuts
  • 1tsp
    vanilla extract

How to make Peanut Butter Truffle

Prepare the Truffles

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and vanilla extract.

  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

  3. Add the melted chocolate to the peanut butter mixture and stir until well combined.

  4. Fold in the crushed nuts.

  5. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.

  6. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to set.
