- 1/4tspmustard seeds
- 1/3cupfinely chopped onions
- 1/3cupfinely chopped tomatoes
- 1cupmixed vegetables
- 1pinchsalt
- 1tspred chili powder
- 1tspdhania powder
- 1tsppav bhaji masala
- 4pieceidlis

How to make Masala Idli
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them crackle.
Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes, along with your choice of vegetables.
Sauté for 5 minutes.
Add salt, red chili powder, dhania powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
Add chopped idlis and mix until well combined.
Serve hot with green chutney or red garlic chutney.
Tips & Tricks
You can use any leftover vegetables you have on hand.
Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
