    fresh coriander leaves

    fresh mint leaves
  • 2tbsp
    tamarind pulp
  • 2tbsp
    jaggery
  • 2tsp
    green chili
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1tsp
    lemon juice

How to make Khati Meethi Hari Chutney

Preparation Steps

  1. Wash the fresh coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.

  2. In a blender, combine the coriander leaves, mint leaves, tamarind pulp, jaggery, green chili, salt, and lemon juice.

  3. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
