  • 2cup
    capsicum, chopped
  • 200g
    paneer, cubed
  • 2tbsp
    oil
  • 1tsp
    cumin seeds
  • 1tsp
    ginger-garlic paste
  • 1tsp
    red chili powder
  • 1tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1tsp
    garam masala
  • 1cup
    onions, sliced
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 2tbsp
    coriander leaves, chopped

How to make Instant Capsicum Paneer Do Pyaaza

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

  2. Once they splutter, add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

  3. Add sliced onions and cook until they turn golden brown.

  4. Stir in the chopped capsicum and cook for a few minutes.

  5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

  6. Add the cubed paneer and garam masala. Stir gently to combine.

  7. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of cream.

  2. Serve with naan or rice for a complete meal.
