- 1tspred chili powder
- 1tspturmeric powder
- 1tspgaram masala
- 1cuponions, sliced
- 1tspsalt
- 2tbspcoriander leaves, chopped
How to make Instant Capsicum Paneer Do Pyaaza
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
Once they splutter, add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
Add sliced onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
Stir in the chopped capsicum and cook for a few minutes.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the cubed paneer and garam masala. Stir gently to combine.
Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Tips & Tricks
For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of cream.
