Ingredients

Herbal Ingredients

  • 1
    glass water
  • 1piece
    cinnamon
  • 4
    leaves basil
  • 2clove
    cloves
  • 2piece
    black pepper
  • 1piece
    cardamom
  • 1piece
    ginger
  • 1
    handful pudina leaves
  • 1tbsp
    sauf
  • 2tbsp
    jaggery powder

How to make Immune Boosting Drink

Preparation

  1. Take one glass of water in a pan.

  2. Add cinnamon, basil leaves, cloves, black pepper, cardamom, ginger, pudina leaves, and sauf.

  3. Boil for 5 minutes or until the flavors are well absorbed.

  4. Add jaggery powder and mix well.

  5. Keep the flame on low, stir occasionally, and simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Strain the kadha, and your drink is ready to sip.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For best results, use raw cane sugar.
