Healthy and Yummy Khajur Shake recipe

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 glass)
  • 7piece
    dates, seedless
  • 2cups
    milk, warm or chilled
  • 10piece
    almonds

How to make Healthy and Yummy Khajur Shake

  1. Soak the almonds in warm water for 1 hour.

  2. Peel the soaked almonds.

  3. Wash the dates and soak them in milk.

  4. In a blender jar, add seedless chopped dates, almonds, and Β½ cup of warm milk.

  5. Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

  6. Add 1 Β½ cup of warm milk and blend again for a couple of minutes. Ensure the milk is not too hot to prevent curdling. You can also use chilled milk instead of warm milk.

  7. Pour the dates milkshake into a glass and garnish with some chopped almonds and dates.

  1. Ensure the milk is not too hot to prevent curdling when blending with dates.
