Ingredients
- 7piecedates, seedless
- 2cupsmilk, warm or chilled
- 10piecealmonds
How to make Healthy and Yummy Khajur Shake
Soak the almonds in warm water for 1 hour.
Peel the soaked almonds.
Wash the dates and soak them in milk.
In a blender jar, add seedless chopped dates, almonds, and Β½ cup of warm milk.
Blend all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.
Add 1 Β½ cup of warm milk and blend again for a couple of minutes. Ensure the milk is not too hot to prevent curdling. You can also use chilled milk instead of warm milk.
Pour the dates milkshake into a glass and garnish with some chopped almonds and dates.
