    vermicelli

    milk

    ice cream

    rose syrup

How to make Falooda

Preparation Steps

  1. Soak the basil seeds in water for about 30 minutes until they swell.

  2. Cook the vermicelli in boiling water until soft, then drain and rinse with cold water.

  3. In a saucepan, heat the milk and add sugar. Stir until dissolved.

  4. In serving glasses, layer the cooked vermicelli, soaked basil seeds, and rose syrup.

  5. Pour the sweetened milk over the layers.

  6. Top with a scoop of ice cream and serve immediately.
