Ingredients

Custard Base

  • 2cup
    full cream milk
  • 2tbsp
    custard powder
  • 3tbsp
    cold milk
  • 1/4cup
    sugar

Fruits and Toppings

  • 1cup
    diced fruits (mango, apple)
  • 1cup
    pomegranate
  • 1piece
    Alpenliebe Juzt Jelly (strawberry flavor)
  • 1cup
    vanilla ice cream

How to make Custard Jelly Punch

Prepare the Custard

  1. In a thick-bottomed pan, add the full cream milk.

  2. Stir occasionally and bring the milk to a boil.

  3. In a bowl, combine the custard powder with cold milk and mix well to avoid lumps.

  4. Once the milk has boiled, turn off the flame and pour the custard mixture into the pan.

  5. Add sugar and adjust the amount if you prefer a sweeter custard.

  6. Mix continuously over low heat until the milk changes color to dark yellow and thickens slightly.

  7. Adjust the consistency by cooking for a longer time if needed.
