- 2cupfull cream milk
- 2tbspcustard powder
- 3tbspcold milk
- 1/4cupsugar
Fruits and Toppings
- 1cupdiced fruits (mango, apple)
- 1cuppomegranate
- 1pieceAlpenliebe Juzt Jelly (strawberry flavor)
- 1cupvanilla ice cream
How to make Custard Jelly Punch
Prepare the Custard
In a thick-bottomed pan, add the full cream milk.
Stir occasionally and bring the milk to a boil.
In a bowl, combine the custard powder with cold milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
Once the milk has boiled, turn off the flame and pour the custard mixture into the pan.
Add sugar and adjust the amount if you prefer a sweeter custard.
Mix continuously over low heat until the milk changes color to dark yellow and thickens slightly.
Adjust the consistency by cooking for a longer time if needed.
