Dough
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1tbspyeast
- 1tbspsugar
- 1tspsalt
- 1cupwarm water
- 2tbspolive oil

- 1tspblack pepper
- 1tsporegano

Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables, grated cheese, black pepper, and oregano.
Assemble the Buns
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small pieces.
Flatten each piece and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
Fold the dough over the filling and shape it into a bun.
Place the buns in a greased baking dish, leaving some space between them.
Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the Buns
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
