Bel Ka Sharbat recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 glass)
  • 1piece
    bel fruit (wood apple)
  • 4cups
    water
  • 4tbsp
    sugar
  • 1pinch
    black salt
  • 1tsp
    lemon juice

How to make Bel Ka Sharbat

  1. Break the bel fruit and scoop out the pulp.

  2. Add the pulp to a bowl and pour water over it.

  3. Mash the pulp with your hands to extract the juice.

  4. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and fibers.

  5. Add sugar, black salt, and lemon juice to the strained juice and mix well.

  6. Chill the sharbat in the refrigerator before serving.

  1. Adjust the sugar according to your taste preference.
