Ingredients
- 5pieceeggs
- 50gcorn oil
- 50gmilk
- 50glow gluten flour
- 60gsugar
- 10gcocoa powder
- 200gwhipped cream
- 1canOreo, crushed
- 2gsea salt
How to make Sea Salt Oreo Cocoa Cake Rolls
Stir milk and corn oil until emulsified.
Sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder and stir evenly.
Add egg yolk and continue mixing until smooth.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add 40g of sugar in batches, and beat until thick.
Take 1/3 of the meringue and mix it evenly with the egg yolk paste.
Pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the remaining meringue, and gently stir evenly.
Pour into the baking pan, scrape the surface and shake out any bubbles.
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Whip whipped cream, 20g sugar, and sea salt, then add chopped Oreos and stir evenly.
Use a rolling pin to help roll up the cake roll and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the egg whites are beaten until thick for a fluffy texture.
Refrigerate the cake roll for at least 1 hour to set properly.
