Thousand-layer cake crust

- 30gsugar
- 375gmilk
- 120gcake flour
- 25gbutter
- 1dashred velvet essence
Strawberry Cream
- 400glight cream
- 120gstrawberry jam
- 20gsugar
- 1dashred velvet essence
How to make No-Bake Girly Strawberry Layer Cake
Prepare the Thousand-layer Cake Crust
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
Add the milk, cake flour, and melted butter to the egg mixture. Mix until smooth.
Add a dash of red velvet essence and mix well.
Cook the batter in a non-stick pan over medium heat, creating thin crepes. Set aside to cool.
Prepare the Strawberry Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the light cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Fold in the strawberry jam, sugar, and a dash of red velvet essence until well combined.
Assemble the Cake
Place one crepe on a serving plate and spread a layer of strawberry cream on top.
Repeat the process, layering crepes and strawberry cream until all crepes are used.
Decorate the top layer with fresh strawberries.
