    toast
  • 2tbsp
    peanut butter
  • 2tbsp
    condensed milk
  • 2piece
    eggs
  • 1cup
    milk
  • 1tbsp
    butter
  • 1tbsp
    icing sugar
  • 1cup
    fruit

How to make Hong Kong Style Western Toast

Preparation

  1. Cut the sides of the toast. Spread one side with peanut butter and the other side with condensed milk. Cover with the last piece of toast and cut into nine squares.

Cooking

  1. Beat the eggs, add milk, and mix evenly.

  2. Add butter to the pan over low heat. Cover the toast with the egg mixture and place it into the pan. Fry over low heat until each side is browned.

Serving

  1. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Add your favorite fruits and top with condensed milk.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Peanut butter can be replaced with chocolate sauce or other sweet sauces you like.
