Ingredients
Muffin Batter
- 100gwhole egg liquid
- 150mLmilk
- 85mLcorn oil
- 110glow gluten flour
- 15gcorn starch
- 10gbaking powder
- 25gmilk powder
- 55gcocoa powder
- 90gwhite sugar
- 40ghigh temperature resistant chocolate beans
- 50gdark chocolate
Cherry Cream Topping
- 200mLlight cream
- 1dashpink coloring or strawberry powder
- 12piececherries
How to make Cherry Cream Rich Dark Chocolate Cake Muffins
Prepare the Muffin Batter
Mix milk and eggs evenly.
Add corn oil to emulsify, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Sift in all the powders and mix well.
Add dark chocolate chips to the cake batter and stir evenly.
Pour the batter into muffin cups until they are sixty percent full.
Sprinkle chocolate beans on the surface.
Baking
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Bake the muffins for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Cherry Cream Topping
Whip the light cream until stiff peaks form.
Add pink coloring or strawberry powder to make pink cream.
Decorate the muffins with the pink cream and top with cherries.
