Muffin Batter

  • 100g
    whole egg liquid
  • 150mL
    milk
  • 85mL
    corn oil
  • 110g
    low gluten flour
  • 15g
    corn starch
  • 10g
    baking powder
  • 25g
    milk powder
  • 55g
    cocoa powder
  • 90g
    white sugar
  • 40g
    high temperature resistant chocolate beans
  • 50g
    dark chocolate

Cherry Cream Topping

  • 200mL
    light cream
  • 1dash
    pink coloring or strawberry powder
  • 12piece
    cherries

How to make Cherry Cream Rich Dark Chocolate Cake Muffins

Prepare the Muffin Batter

  1. Mix milk and eggs evenly.

  2. Add corn oil to emulsify, then add sugar and stir until dissolved.

  3. Sift in all the powders and mix well.

  4. Add dark chocolate chips to the cake batter and stir evenly.

  5. Pour the batter into muffin cups until they are sixty percent full.

  6. Sprinkle chocolate beans on the surface.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

  2. Bake the muffins for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Cherry Cream Topping

  1. Whip the light cream until stiff peaks form.

  2. Add pink coloring or strawberry powder to make pink cream.

  3. Decorate the muffins with the pink cream and top with cherries.
