- 4clovegarlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2cupolive oil
- 1/4tspred pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

How to make Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil
Boil a large pot of salted water, then add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook until golden brown (be careful not to burn it).
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the red pepper flakes. Toss everything together, and if the pasta looks dry, add a bit of the reserved pasta water until you achieve your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
Plate the pasta and enjoy your meal!
