Ingredients

    and 1/2 Oats
  • 1cup
    Grated Cheese (Cheddar or your favorite variety)
  • 160mL
    Cream
  • 160mL
    Natural Double Cream Yogurt
  • 4
    Large Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2
    Red Pepper/Capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/2
    White Onion, finely chopped
  • Handful of finely chopped Parsley
  • 1/2tsp
    Dry Oregano
  • 1/2tsp
    Dry Garlic Powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Salt
  • 1tbsp
    Olive oil or Cooking Spry
  • 6
    Baking Paper to Line Tuna tins
  • Garnish: Extra Grated Cheese and Thinly slice Tomato Rings

How to make Air Fryer Crustless Cheese and Oats Quiche

Preparation (Night Before)

  1. Chop the vegetables. Dice the bell pepper and onion. Grate the cheese. Store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Cooking (Moring Off) 1. Line 6 Tuna tins with Baking paper and lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray. 2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt and cream and salt 3. Combine the ingredients. Add the prepped vegetables, cheese, oats, herbs and dry garlic to the egg mixture. Stir until evenly distributed. 4. Pour the quiche mixture into the prepared tuna dishes, spread evenly. 5. Add a bit of grated cheese on top with a thinly slice tomato, sprinkle a bit of salt over.

    6. Set the Air Fryer on bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
