Ingredients
For garnish
- Cumin powder
- Tumeric powder
- Curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Cooking Oil
- 4large potatoes
- All purpose flour
- Cornflour
How to make Golden fried Potatoes
In a large / medium bowl
After washing your potatoes cut them into desired pieces.
Place your potatoes in a cooking pot and add 1 cup of clean water.
Mix your spices all together and boil the potatoes for 6 minutes. Cover to cook
When done separate them in a different bowl to cool for 2 mins and later smash them .
Add in 1 tbsp of cornflour followed with a 1 tbsp of all purpose flour. Mix well till soft.
In a flat surface roll and cut the mashed potatoes, giving a sausage like shape
In a medium heat pan ,add in Oil and fry the potatoes till golden brown color.Serve with sauce when ready..Very crunchy!!!
