- 1 1/2tbspSalt
- Dark Soy Sauce
- Vegetable Oil
- Two Tomatoes
- 2red onions
- 1green capsicum

How to make Chicken Saute
Have your full Broiler chicken rinse it well with clean water,cut into desired pieces and rinse well with clean water.Set up in a tray to dry before marination. Set up your ingredients/ spices Soy Sauce, Royco mchuzi mix ,garam masala , cayenne pepper, salt and tumeric powder. Mix the spices all together and start your marination process. Untill you get the perfect color let it cool in fridge for 5 mins. After the process heat your oil in a pan under low medium heat and deep fry your Chicken
Make sure it gives this perfect golden brown color.
While placing them on the tray, make sure the oil drains in the cooking pot your going to use for Your saute.
Once done Fry your onions, add your capsicum to cook and later add in your paste ( both blended tomatoes , tomato paste and tomato sauce). Cook for 1 min and add in your Chicken. Mix well and don't forget coriander leaves at the end .
Serve with rice or french fries.
