Very quick and easy to make

Ingredients

5 Servings
(1 serving = 2 sticks depending on the length )

Churros dough

  • 2cups
    of water
  • 4tbsp
    butter
  • 4tbsp
    of sugar
  • 1/2
    ts salt
  • 2cup
    ½ flour
  • 4
    eggs
  • Cooking oil for frying

For coating

  • 2tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1cup
    of sugar

How to make CHURROS

    1. Put water on fire, add butter, sugar and salt.. mix together and simmer for a minute
    1. add sieved flour and stir to prevent lumps and make a dough (so as not to stick in the pan or ladle). put off fire

    1. crash eggs and mix gradually, prepare pipping bag with nozzle, collect dough

    1. heat oil and pipe dough gradually (cut with scissors when you get the length you want )

    1. mix sugar and cinnamon, coat churros and enjoy, it can be taken with any chocolate spread or milk dairy
