4 Potatoes

  • 1cup
    of oil
  • Spices: chilli flakes
  • salt
  • Robertson's steak and chops
  • white pepper.

How to make Homemade Hot chips

Peel 4 potatoes and cut into normal chips shapes.

  1. Place it in cold water. Heat up the oil in a frying pan. Once hot add the chips. Chips should be submerged in the oil.Fry or 3- 4 minutes and turn.

  2. Remove from the oil and place in a deep bowl. Mix your spices and toss it over the chips.

  3. Serve with your preferred sauce. I used Nando's perinaise in my video

  1. Make sure your chips are not sticking before you turn it. Rather wait a little bit longer. Once it's ready to turn, it won't stick.
