Ingredients

    Red capsicum diced
  • 1cup
    Mushroom sliced
  • 1/2cup
    Onion chopped
  • 1/2cup
    Pineapple chopped
  • 1cup
    Cheese shredded

Pizza sauce

  • 1cup
    Passata
  • 4clove
    Garlic
  • 2tsp
    Mixed hers
  • 1tsp
    Sugar
  • 1tbsp
    Oil
  • 1tsp
    Chilli Flakes

How to make Mini Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 1800C and spray a tray with oil spray.

  2. Heat oil in frypan add chopped onion, garlic cook for 2-3 minute until soft add passata, salt, sugar, and mixed herbs(you can make pizza sauce or buy from market. Its optional)

  3. Mix all vegetables(change vegetables to your choice) together, add chilli flakes into the mixture if you like

  4. Cut the baguette into thick slice using bread knife 1.5-2cm thick slice.

  5. Apply 1tsp pizza sauce to the base of baguette slice and add vegetable mixture and top up with grated cheese.

  6. Cook in the oven for 10-15 mins until cheese melts and slice looks cooked enough.

  7. Enjoy or cool and freeze for later use

Tips & Tricks

  1. Don't cut the bread slices too thick or thin. Bake for longer if you want cruncy base.
