How to make Texas Peach Sangria

  1. Slice or dice the peaches, and slice the orange, lemon, lime, and strawberries.

  2. In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, brandy, and honey or simple syrup. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Add the sliced peaches, orange, lemon, lime, and strawberries to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the fruit to infuse the sangria.

  5. Just before serving, add soda water or club soda to the sangria for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine.

  6. Serve the sangria over ice in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For a sweeter sangria, adjust the amount of honey or simple syrup to taste.

  2. For a stronger peach flavor, use more peach schnapps.

  3. Chill the sangria overnight for the best flavor infusion.
